Ran 2.9 Miles in the am
Ran 1.1 Miles to warm up
4x25 Pushups
4x25 Squats
4x25 Sit Ups
4x10 Pull Ups
Walk back home

where are the before pictures?
Kevin, I noticed that you didn't list any backwards-somersaults in your routine. Was that deliberate? They are an essential part of my workout routine.

most unhealthy dinner ever. geeeze eat some good for you food! you'll have more energy! (cut out the simple carbs!)
